ThoughtFish is an evolving being, product of a few of us who had need for our own webhosting, and set out to give that both to ourselves and any one else who might want what we did -- a personal relationship with our web host.
So the answer to "where is service _____(fill in the blank with whatever)" is, as soon as you bug us about it. Squeaky wheel and all that.
